Can you ship to my country?
Yup, all orders can be shipped worldwide, with some exceptions.
Our postal service has not resumed service for the following areas:
Afghanistan, Israel, North Korea, Russian Federation, Somalia, South Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Tajikistan, Timor Leste, Ukraine and Yemen.
Unfortunately there is no news on when the postal service will resume to those countries, so we cannot ship orders to those destinations for the time being.
How is my order shipped?
Nearly all orders are sent by tracked Flexipack by Pos Malaysia and sticker-only orders are sent by tracked airmail!
You'll receive your tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Help! My tracking number is invalid!
For sticker-only orders shipped with tracked airmail, the tracking number may only work when it reaches the international hub, not when the package is physically posted.
For other orders, it may take up to 48 hours for the package to appear in the system.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped in batches! Batches are generally sent out at the end of each month.
Despite our best efforts, unavoidable delays do happen now and then. You'll be notified by email if anything comes up, so please use a valid email when making an order!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped, your order will take around 2-6 weeks to be delivered. Please note that the estimated shipping time is for major cities only, deliveries outside major cities may incur additional days. In rare cases it may take up to 8 weeks.
Unfortunately, as the post is still recovering from the lasting effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, delays may still occur. We'll do our best to expedite things on our end, and we thank you for your patience!
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
All sales are final. Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds for damaged/lost items due to the post.

W-Whoa! My charm looks really weird, it's doesn't look like the ones in your photos at all!!!
Sometimes, charms comes with a protective layer! What they look like vary depending on manufacturer, they can be a transparent piece of plastic, or a thin layer that feels like dried glue. The one above uses paper-like adhesive layer!
You can peel off this layer to reveal your charm it all it's glory!
